Jazzwise Magazine: Contents Page Analysis

Contents page analysis:
There's a two colour scheme for the contents page which is black and red on a white background which helps it stand out. There's one large image in the middle of the page of a person which I'm not quite sure who he is as there's no enlargement of font to indicate he has a large importance. He's wearing black sunglasses and his armed crossed to show that he's casual which also links to how he dresses with a vest and jeans.
There are two sections on both sides of the model which are titled regulars and features, regulars consists of the information about music and latest news whereas the features include information about the artists. Also there's two different font sizes the features are written in slightly larger text and their page numbers which are on the left side are larger too. Both sections are In columns. And there's also a website of the magazine at the bottom to advertise it.

  1. I would have liked you to find out who this person is, by using the contents page to guide you. Why do you think only one image is used? Are there any more sections? If not, why? Is the design consistent with the house style of the rest of the mag? VC
